Blueberry Lemon Sprouted Quinoa Cereal

Ingredients
2 cups vanilla almond milk
1 cup uncooked TruRoots® Organic Sprouted Quinoa
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel
1 cup blueberries
Instructions
COMBINE milk, quinoa and salt in medium saucepan. Bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce to simmer. Cover and cook 15 to 18 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Remove saucepan from heat. Let stand covered, 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
STIR in maple syrup and lemon peel. Gently stir in blueberries.
